turbo upgrade

Hi, i have my99 classic with decat system and induction kit. i want to upgrade the standard turbo but need some ideas on what to go for. Have been advised on a VF34 or a TD05.

I am also in process of upgrading fuel pump/reg and IC. Cheers

I changed fra my original TD04 to a TD05 four months ago and is more than happy with the result!! Highly recommended.

Is the TD05 the better option over the VF34. I am looking for about 320-350 bhp. thats including a remap aswel.
