Just swapped the system over...
H+S prototype 3"-3" DP
HKS HIPER (with centre resonator gone? and backbox)
OBX slightly unequal length headers

Thanks to the lads @ the clinic for sorting it (they tidied up the DP as it was a little tatty being a non production version- manky welds etc.. all lovingly ground down and polished by Andy's fair hands )

Was a bit worried in the workshop, but sounds much better on the road..

Sounds dead quiet on tickover (side product of the headers perhaps?) but give it just a bit of throttle and bloody hell it makes itself known!!!

also the simple change to 3" -3" on the DP has made it feel definately quicker.. must get it RR'd sometime soon

you 'inspired' me (+ you and David, and everyone was unanimous in answering my question of 'which exhaust system?' - so can you blame me )

..I have the bung already mate
the wife doesnt mind the 'new' noise either way!!!

..so the bung will be for those hangover days

i think i may start looking into a change of headers tho..
want the scooby throb back as the hiper is quite raspy with the OBX..
