Ive just fitted an up pipe and have a problem

Ive just fitted an up pipe and have a problem
MY 02 WRX with APS FMIC 65mm induction kit Devil Turbo back de-catted
It has had a Tek 3 by Pat.
Well i fitted my up pipe, Once up and running again i took it for a drive to warm her up, Once the oil temp was up to about 80c i decided to give it some full throttle loving
I only reached about 0.5 bar of boost and hit a flat spot-missfire.
I have a CEL but it was already on from a previous fault with MAF.
I havent had it reset due to a one month driving ban and the wife wont drive it.
I was under the impression i dont need to fit a CEL fix on the up pipe due to running a TEK3, I may well be wrong.
I know the info isnt all that helpfull but if you have any questions FIRE AWAY.

Sorted it this morning, i left a hose clip on a hard pipe undone.
Derrrrrr!!!
