Thats thread is for the 02 sensor not the egt like butty I have now gone through 3 egt sensors seems to be a problem on the bugeyes funny tho that on the select monitor it shows egt gases high when I would have thought they would have been higher with the cat in place so it will be intresting to see what other people come up with as a fix,at one point on my second egt replacement it was found that the sensor end had dropped off and was lying in the bottom of the exhaust lucky it didnt get pushed up through the turbo.

Doh,
I pasted the wrong one.

and this one from across the pond

This should help - its adding a resistor across two pins or a retail package for considerably more.
