Default Air Filter Change

Just a quick one, Just wondering when the air filter is supposed to be replaced according to the service schedule. I`ve just had my 2yr 20,000 service and they have never changed the filter since the car was bought from new 2yrs ago. Not a problem if they don`t i`ll swap it for an sti one anyway.

30k miles. However... mine felt a little lumpy (just not as smooth as it should have been) around 23k miles. I drove to the dealers, got a new filter and it even felt better on the way home. The old filter was quite clogged in a circluar pattern around the middle.

I believe the part numbers for the STi and WRX air filters are the same, so I assume you mean you'll replace it with the STi Performance air filter.

Details of service items are in the service book that (I assume) you had stamped at the dealer!! Didn't you read it to see what you get for your hard-earned??
The STi filter is different to the one fitted as standard in the STi car itself - this is fitted in all versions.
