Default STI -2003 running unclean

Hi,

I have a tuned sti -2003 (custom ECUTEK, decat center, openneck dp with race-cat and performance-backbox) that is running great but a bit unclean lately. It is kind of a burbling sound that is especially noticable arount 3500-4000 rpm on gears 5 and 6.
I am a long way from my tuner so I do not fancy taking the long drive to him without knowing if I can do any damage to the car or not.

I have logs of my car that somebody from ECUTEK.com took a look at and they did not find anything unusual in the logs, no knock retard only positive correction from 7-10 degrees, the AFR values where ok and boost max boost at 1.27bar

Does anybody know what could cause the burbling unclean sound I am hearing?

Default stutter is boost related

More info...

I have now tried to drive the car up to the same rpm's(3200-3700 which is actually the rpms where I reach maximum boost under wot) without applying wot and I also tried to climb up the rpms slow and easy not to cause to much boost.
I can go up all the way to the readline like this without getting the stutter that I described.

Now I am not a mechanic but the stutter seems to be boost-related, can this mean that my Turbo is damaged or maybe the wasegate-spring etc?

Can any of you who knows about these things please give me some advice about the stutter being turbo-related?

I'd second looking at your plugs, try changing them as well. If your running NGK7B's then its been found that they start to degrade after about 10k in a standard car, never mind a tuned one.
