Propshaft centre bearing mounts???

Propshaft centre bearing mounts???
Hi guys, has anyone ever had the above go before? i need to find out if its just a case of change the two rubber mounts that the bolts go through & bolt up to the chassis, or if it is a case of changing the whole centre bearing?
Any help would be very handy is need to get it done asap.
