Default please help!! Mechanics dont know sh*t

Hi guys!
Need some help
started my 93 wrx yest morn! it ran for a rew seconds fine then just suddenly died! now it turns over but nothing! A mechanic came out n checked the spark n that was fine! he said it was prob the carb!?! He looked very confused when i said it didnt have a carb LOL! anyway i got a feeling it might be the fuel but cant find the pump! ant ideas on going about testing fuel pump? any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi mate it'l be your fuel pump, or a dodgy earth for the pump. the fuel pump is located in the boot. if you take out the carpet and just near the rear seats you'l see an oval type of cover take that off and the fuel pump will be there. hope that helps

Also could be the the cam sensor, just behind the fan belts under the alternator. Don't know how to check it. Do a diagnostic check to see if you get any faults show up, instructions:
