Unhappy More on 6 rebuilds in 100miles

Come on you techies we really need some suggestions and help,
refer to yesterday's post for details of the problem.
Now back to standard on the my02 STi we are still seeing 13.7AFR at 1Bar boost with two different standard STi ECUs. Fuel pressure is at 5bar with uprated pump. Injectors and rail have been swapped as has MAF and MAP. Also both Lambda sensors and engine harness also swapped.
What else can it be??? Help - we are on our own here in Africa
Chris.

5 bar static fuel pressure?
did I read that right?
with a 1:1 regulator on top wouldnt that mean up to 6bar pressure on the fuel system?

not saying this is your problem, it might be to counteract your fuel grade in some way but mine is set to 3.3 bar static pressure rising to 4.7bar at full boost

You read it right. We fitted uprated pump to see if it improved the situation. The original was a little slow to rise to the 4+bar level on boosting so it was one of the attempts to find the problem. When we still had it chipped we could never get to 11.3AFR even setting fully rich.
It seems there is a fuelling problem but we just can't find it
