This mod should be compulsory for all blob eyes - now the car sounds awesome and feels a lot quicker, or should I say it comes on boost harder (due to more lag??? Who knows??). Wether its a placebo thing or not - it feels faster

It is such an easy job, I even think that I could do it in future. To anyone worried about warranties - its a 30 minute job (for a mechanical muppet like me), if the worst happens then simply stick the pea shooters back on

It's seriously loud with the full decat

Yours is still in warranty though so worth considering how much you value warranty as it's not a 30 min job to change the up/down pipe if something goes bang.

That said, I fitted a full scoobysport decat to my 01WRX as soon as I bought it (still had two years of warranty left). Couldn't live without it

Yeah sorry what I meant was decatting middle section...will leave up and downpipes for later...

Will I gain much from this? Can I gain anything by removing the little boxed restriction... err is it called a resonated section?
