Question Millers CVL Turbo Octane Boost

Has anyone used this regularly in a decatted car?

Because I was looking at using it, but I have been advised not to use it all the time, but to use it 1 in 10 tankfulls and use Milers CVL Octance Boost for the other 9.

Just wondered if anyone here has any advice or experience with the use of it.

I have a MY95 WRX + Full Decat + Induction Kit run on Optimax or Esso

Thanks in advance.

I used CVL turbo in the track car, but to be honest I've gone back to regular CVL as the turbo variant is so bloody expensive. Although it did make a difference, the right mix of CVL turbo (1 bottle to 20 litres) works out at about £27 a tank, as opposed to normal CVL which costs about a third.

Having said that I only ind I need one bottle per tank to keep the KL quiet, the improvements seem to diminish considerably if you go OTT with it, but I suppose the ecu can only handle so much before it starts ignoring it? I'm guessing someone cleverer than me will answer that one.....

Not quite sure why you've been advised to use turbo for one in ten tanks as logic would suggest that consistency is the name of the game?

Hope this helps,
Simon
