Default Odd Clunk from Underneath Rear of Car

Had a noise from the back of the car for a while which I assumed was the dodgy suspension struts that have been reported on the STI7's. Keep meaning to get it booked in but have been too busy. Lately its got a lot worse and is audible from outside the car now. Its a 'clunk' from what seems to be the underneath centre of the car towards the rear. Makes the noise everytime I pull away in first and makes the noise everytime the car goes up and down anything (such a the multistorey ramps I go up and down everyday). Could this simply be the same problem thats got worse or something else more sinister.....? I know 'noises' are impossible to diagnose via the internet, just wondered if it sounded familiar to anyone with the same car? Thanks.

Cheers for that mate, thought it might have been something worse. Hope you're right anyway! I'll get it sorted and post what the problem was. Thanks again.
