Gearbox Synchro rebuild

Which would be a cost affective method, either replace the gearbox or a total gearbox rebuild on a STI RA.

If its just the synchros its not expensive for parts. IIRC they're only about £15 a piece! Its the labour thats the killer on something like that, unless you know someone who can do it cheaply. Depending on where in S Wales you are you could try Maxspeed who are near Carmarthen I think.
