Default Lighten Flywheel

hi
can anyone tell me will a lighten flywheel improve 0-60 time?? also what are the difference bettween standards, i have saw alot of 4.5kg's but will they fit with a B&B clutch?? ie standard??

Marginally, They spin up quicker , but also spin down quicker, so your driving style has to be altered.. Pull offs & launches can be fun also. If it was me going to the effort of fitting a lightened flywheel & i still had a standard clutch fitted, I would remove it a put a new uprated one in place ready for more power mods & extra abuse etc..

anything under 6kg, i find it to light. The launches just won't work any more. It listen's much closer. Most of the time the car just hesitated at hard launches.
I would spent my money on other mod's. If it's just for roaduse then you can have a little advantage, but stil not wort the money imho
