What oil ?????

Hi there, just bout to do first oil change on my Scoob . What oil Do you recommend ? Its a 96 2.0i turbo, with 145,000 miles on clock with just prodrive back box. I been advised 10w/40 or 10w/50 fully synthetic ? Whats your recommendations ? Grade and make ? Thanx

pesronally 10w40 or 15w50 dependant on use/power/etc...............Motul 300V if you want the best....................

Yep, Motul is good but don't discount Silkolene PRO S 10w-50 or 5w-40
