hks hyper mufler???
As title .....whats peoples views on this system??
I have got a scorpion on at the mo which sounds good, but i have been offered this hyper mufler and im told it will sound a lot better ie give that great deep burble!! HELP PLEASE !!!!!!

I've had one of these on my car for the past 5 years and love the sound, although it canged alot with the HKS headers added, it's pretty loud if you have a de-cat fitted.
I also had a Hyper fitted to my FD3 RX7 as well.

No im still running with the cat.....long story!
So if you have had it on for 5 years you must be happy with it, i heard its not as loud as the blitz and its sounds nice and deep, true?

Nowhere near as loud as a blitz nur spec R, has a nice burble on tic over and a bit raspy over 5k.

I have one on my wagon, changed from a super drager. Much louder but a nice and pleasing shout out the back on full boost 
Super drager is a much better and refined exhaust though and may be going back on for long trips as the hiper does drone a bit

Andy i dont do long drives in mine just around town so not bothered about drone on m way, all i need to know does it sound nice just driving around.

ive got one of the new silent hipers
u cant hear it at motorway crusin speed but as soon as u open it up the sound is just awesome

Got a drager on mine now and it hangs VERY LOW and looks ****.if it sat up higher it would be mint but im told they hang low on p1s anyway.......which dont make any sense

Im just going to stick the super drager on ebay i think..........all i want is a good exhaust that sounds and looks nice 
i now got a chance to buy a scooby sport system now!!!! but its £450 sounds a lot to me as its second hand???????

Mike, I have the Hiper on my P1. I have also got the bung to fit in it too!. If I were to go up the motorway for a distance, I would put the bung in, but any other time I just leave it out! It sounds alot more 'raspy' than some others if that makes any sense??
Your welcome to hear mine, but I'm probably an hour or so away from you IIRC??
Top exhaust, but the only downside is that the pipework from the rear box back Isn't Stainless!! It is covered with a black heat resistant paint. I cleaned mine, and repainted it and it now looks mint.
