Default Tsl tornado

Wanted a new back box so opted for a tsl tornado. Has any body got one of these fitted and what is it like, I currently have a magnex oval and not tooo impressed with it.
Only trouble is it came today and it doesnt fit the orientation of the flange is out and also the main body of the back box seems to hit the rearmost part of the heatshield, I guess this can be chopped off abit to stop it rubbing so that part isnt a problem.
The main queery is before I take the exhaust to get the flange redone to fit is it worth it for the sound

Sounds like you've got a classic one for a new age or vice-versa. Get TSL to swap it for one that does fit your car.

I've got one of these and it sounds fantastic! It came with a removable insert to mute the burble a bit but I've never bothered to fit it.
TSL fitted it together with a full decat system, so I dont know what difference the backbox alone would make. Over the original system though, the improvement is huge! The engine revs far more freely, and in-gear acceleration is much smoother.
Hope this helps

If you have a bugeye, you may need to replace the next pipe back from the back box (resonator pipe) to stop it rattling. Something to do only with the bugeye shape I was told. Probably another £100.

Ring TSL and ask them. They are always helpful.
