Default DCCD in a classic

Can anyone tell me the most cost effective way to get a DCCD setup into a V3 Sti?

most cost effective is to buy a v3 that already has one in it.

second most is to buy the transfer case and controller separately for somewhere between £500 and £750.

reall is improved by having an aggressive plated rear LSD.

I want £1000 and for that you get *everything* i.e. loom, ecu, gearbox, centre diff, rear diff, prop, control wheel, dash display module and anything i've forgotten.

Having just had it done. Tath's offer is good, if 'everything' is there, inc. the clocks.
