Default Juddering bettween 2000 and 3000 rpm

My 92 Legacy Turbo Estate judders between 2000 and 3000 prm (just before the turbo stazrts to kick in). Any ideas what it could be and how to rectify?

Thanks in advance.

sounds like you need some new plugs mate! mine was doing this a while back, juddering quite violently at times, fitted some new sparkplugs and it was back to being a rocket!
