By me!

Saturday I though I would give it a go.

Bit of a nightmare, but on the whole, not that hard. Started at 9:30am, finished at 4pm....... looking back, I would get a garage to fit them, my local garage said they would charge £90 to fit them..... but I am a tight git and thought I would have a go myself

Car has dropped about 20mm and feels allot stiffer, goes round corners like it is nailed there!

If you are considering Eibachs, do it, a great mod

As Trouser says, enough importance can't be put on proper alignment...

I have a MY95 WRX, I got the springs off of a felow scoobynetter', they can be purchased from new for about £120.

When the suspension has been removed and refitted, subtle changes in the locations of the struts etc would have been made, these changes can effect the handling of the car/tyre wear/stability of the car.... it is worth getting the alignment/gemoetry of the suspension check/changed once the springs have been changed.....

Trouser will be able to explain this a little better, I dont know too much about it!

Cheers

Hi Paul

Yeah it's Powerstation you need. I'm going there in a couple of weeks to get mine done after I get my Eibachs fitted tomorrow...YIPEE.

See you there...

Tim
