1. When I switch the engine off theres a Pinkering from the exhaust, obviosly its cooling off but if I let it tick over for a couple of mins it sounds like its pinkering really loud or its a resonating sound not sure ??????????????
2. I let the clutch off slowly and sometimes it judders do you think its something wearing out, and what.
Thanks

The ticking noise is perfectly normal. Its the exhaust system cooling down. There is a lot of ali. heat shielding around the system and this gets very noisy after a fast run when you let it idle and switch off. The hand book on my car actually makes a comment about it! My lagged S/S downpipe has virtually eliminated the noise!

Ahhhh clutch judder
according to IM "its a characteristic of the car" otherwise known as yeah right to the rest of us
As long as it isnt too bad you shouldnt worry too much about it, just make sure you take out the extra warranty on your car so if it does go they replace it for you (or else replace it with an after market one which is going to be better and not give you judder at all!! )
Agree with John about the sound your exhaust makes when turned off (make sure you run your engine down, ie leave it for 2mins after any sort of long run so you dont fry your oil in the turbo) just the metal cooling down
