Question

Has anyone had the same problem and cured it? My car is a STI5 type R and it surges on motorways when doing 3-4000 revs under light load. Following traffic is a pain as this is causing the jerky ride. I recently had full Scoobysport manifold and dowpipe + full exhaust done. Would this be affecting the sensors and or fueling etc? I cant believe i am the first to get thsi problem.
R/Road booked for a weeks time at PE to try and find the problem.
Has anone seen any other gremlins when fitting the K+N Ind Kit and or the BPM inlet pipe on an STi5?
Lastly, i am interested in anyones experience of the UNICHIP ECU add-on. Give me your findings and possibly save me problems...

How many miles on the car? Does it only occur at these revs or gets worse based on throttle position??

More info needed to diagnose.

Dennis, if you want the best response to this, you should request that it gets moved to the Drivetrain section.

Cheers,

Nick
