Not a chance. 8 valve will be off a single over head cam engine, and you would want a twin over head cam, 16 valve.

Yes the 2lt heads will fit, but it would be worth getting them matched to the larger bores.
Depending on what you're looking to achieve, this is going to be an expensive project. If you go ahead with this, either do it right, or wait until you can. Ideally, you want to start with a closed deck block, or try and find someone who can close deck the one you're looking at.
If you're looking to increase power significantly, you'd really need to junk the rods, and pistons, for uprated ones. Then you'll need a bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pumps, etc'.
