I though it was 5 years or 60000 miles for platinums in some other cars but heard it was less in the Impreza.
What are the consequenses of leaving them in too long and can there be any ill effects if the car still seems to be running fine?

 

yep 60,000mls for turbos cos they are platinum and 15,000mls for every other scoob

i'm confused then... cos according to the sidc faq, it's every 15,000 miles (or 1 year) and according to the scoobysport service report it's every 30,000 miles (or 2 years).

can anyone clear this up?

Had a look at the service schedules in the log book and it seems to be every 30k miles. I think my car still has the originals at 54k... If it's running well should I be worried and get them changed asap or is there no risk except the odd misfire if they're on the way out?
