Anyone got instructions for fitting an HKS boost controller or know how to fit one?

Anyone got instructions for fitting an early HKS boost controller, i.e. not an EVC4?
It doesn't have a **** on the front like the later ones and just has Electronic Valve Controller written on it and 5 buttons with
Power
mode
high
low
sbc
on them.
There are three plugs coming off it, one goes off to the little module with the pipes on it, one looks like 12v and ground but I don't know what the other is. Any ideas??
