Cleaning an HKS Induction Kit

I have got an HKS Induction kit which has been fitted for approx 8 months and have the following questions:-
Can you clean these filters - or do you have to purchase the replacement foam?
If you can clean them how do you go out this?
Are they oil inpregnated?
Also, I tend to get a 'whistling over a bottle top' noise when I hover my accelerator, i.e. neither accelerating or decelerating. Is this normal?
Thanks
Mark.

I remember talking to Nito about this last year, seem to recall that you can wash them, and they are oil impregnated, so after washing you'd need to re oil them, and I'm told it's a bit of a bast of a job. To be honest I'd just get a replacement filter. got mine for about 25 quid from TDi.
