Not Trying to put anyone out of business, but, if you simply can't afford 1000 for a clutch, you can get one from Nengun Japan, I've just ordered one, £560 + the shipping (Shipping was a tad expensive £110).
Can't beleive how we get ripped off over here

Whats the performance figures on one of these ? will they stand up to 500 lb/ft of torque ?

Have seen plenty running this clutch with 450-500 lb ft
