has anyone had their headers flowed/ported and will this increase torque..not looking for bhp more for torque also on a p1 with full decat ex and induction kit be safe re car running lean..looking for safe increases..

Ninja,

you've been in my car

It has gasflowed headers, and the result required a lot of extra fuel - the imrovement came right through the range - I couldn't say that it made the car specifically more torquey - probably helped the top end more as it had better gas flow at the high end, which big torque doesn't need.

It is possible that with this change your car will run lean.

Are you not considering an ECU change? This can definately be customised to improve your torque.

got to stick with standard ecu for moment but might fit something to increase fuelling ie apexi or hks afc...any ideas
