Powerstation in Cheltenham is your best bet, looking at around 35 miles from Oxford (i live near burford).
Their number is 01242 238400, and ask for Rich or Dirk.

Dave at Risboro 4 Wheel Drive (Princes Risborough, not far from Oxford) will fit one for you at v reasonable cost. Try giving him a ring on 01844 274652. He'll do your servicing as well if you ask him nicely!
