Will P1 exhaust fit a '98 sti 5 type R ?

Does anyone know if a standard P1 exhaust will fit a 1998 Sti 5 Type R import ? I'm assuming the P1 is just a type R that's been "prodrived" ! Or are there more sensors for emissions etc ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Well you got it in one, the P1 is based on the sti v5 so it should fit without any probs
