Question R180 rear diff oil

What oil is recommended in a R180 rear diff? I've got silkolene syn 5 in there at present but about to change the box oil to Castrol - wonder if diff better with syntrax also or fine with silk?

Hmm, had a reply from Silkolene technical department, they say Silk is fine in scooby rear LSD....Trouble is, not like a gearbox, you cant really feel if its happy or not.
