Default Anyone running a one piece aluminium propshaft?

As above, we have used them with sucess in the Nissan world, just wondered if any guys on here have any experience of them with Imprezas?

i considered one from the driveshaft shop, just $499, a real bargain. Then I spoke to someone that had one rip apart on the dyno with about 650hp. So I guess it would be good for a lot of people, but not us!

I'll gladly take donations for a carbon one though!

Was it an aluminium one that failed? Do you know what part failed, the shaft itself or a cv joint?

Not that 650bhp is anywhere near the horizon for me at the moment, sadly
