Default 5 speed rebuild

I recently bought a 'noisy' gearbox off ebay to hopefully get the parts to rebuild the box I trashed a few weeks back whilst I am saving for my PPG Gearset.

I stripped the Box off of ebay and found a few problems which shouldn't effect what I need it for at the minute, but once I have taken the gearsets out to put in my other box was going to use the ebay box to build the PPG.

here's what I found,

The centre diff looks a bit goosed, can it be recon or shall I just bin it ? also the small broken washer fell out not sure where this is from I think the 'noisy' part was the completely shot bearing on the prop output shaft

Also is there anything I should look out for when re-assembling, or is it just a case of bolt back together with a bit of loctite to seal the gearbox halves?
