Castrol Syntrax is a good bet mate but not cheap.Think it's somthing like £10.99 from Halfords.
Have a look at in the Group Buy section and there is one on the for it at £8.50 or somthing a litre.
Oh and if you get 5 litres it will do the box and diff.
