lightened flywheel

I'm changing the clutch soon, anyone any experience pros/cons of a lightened flywheel - and how light they have gone.
Obvious cons are price/possible extra strain on rod bolts on overrun/idle
Pros - engine response/small power gains/wt reduction

Dave,
Most dealers recommend changing the flywheel on a clutch change, and as luck would have it, i have a spare reconned item here. Let me know if you fancy it.
New bearing and ground flat. Pukka.

I spoke to a Graham Goode rep.while I was at the autosport motor show about clutches(need one soon).I fancy the AP Orgasmic too.I asked about flywheels and he told me that most times it doesnt need to be replaced, possibly cleaned up,but thats all.
