Hi after descovering a transmission leak in the gear box on my rb5 i decided to take the box out myself. The leak is coming from the rear section of the box. is it advisable to replace all the gear box gaskets/seals whilst its out or just the one thats leaking. also does anyone know how much they cost from subaru or if there are anymore suppliers. Thanks

I would not go looking for trouble. Just change the one that is leaking. On that car you can do it with the box still in the car. In fact you can split the case as far as the main section and leave the bigger part of the box still attached to the engine. If you are a competent mechanic then it is Ok but fiddly. lf you are not then take the box out.
We keep all gaskets and seals in stock. The one you need is only about 5 or 6 quid I believe. We can mail order you one out, if you call with a c/card number.
