Default Redline lightweight shockproof sorted out the crunch!

After discovering that my car had a crunch only when going down into 4th at speed i did some research and decided on putting in some redline lightweight shockproof.

on the drive home (14miles)
i tried to make it crunch!...

it wouldnt.

result- gearbox smooth, crunch free and noticeably less noisy.

im very impressed with the redline oil.

anyone thinking "its because the oil was changed old for new that made the difference" ..... it wasn't.

i have invoices saying that the gear oil was changed at 48k with the standard redline 75w90 oil.

the cars on 62k now.

so happy days

if anyones thinking of trying it...it worked for me.

i also found a supplier selling it very cheaply!.
please PM me if you want the details as they are a non sponsor.

cool. I genuinely hope it permanently sorts the gears out. I wish i tried it first myself. In fact i initially ordered some redline heavy weight shock proof oil but was told that for street use the oil would be much too heavy to use so i cancelled the order at the 11th hour before it left the depot. I was told by a member on here that th Heavy duty stuff was the way to go. Conflicting advice left right and centre.
