Default STI 6 SPEED OIL best stuff

Ok I had my Sti 6 speed fitted and I'm not sure what oil has been put in it, but feels notchy

So maybe it's crap or thin oil

Any ideas

Have been advised the thinner green shockproof oil for my 6 speed.

Ive used the Titan/silkolene 75/90 from memory(oilman)

yeah i have heard about the shock proof stuff, had mixed reviews on it.
