Twin plate clutch parts.

Twin plate clutch parts.
Where's best to go for getting a twin plate re-built or getting new bits for it. I have a twin plate Exedy Hyper Carbon D-core, that I got from Japan a few years ago. I'm not sure on the exact model number of it, but need some plates for it. The intermediate metal plate has got too hot and expanded slightly so it has wedged against the dowels on the flywheel if you know what I mean? One of the carbon discs is pressed up against the flywheel all the time which was causing gear change problems and the clutch also slipped with it not engaging proberly. I swapped it for an Exedy lightweight flywheel and an Exedy STi clutch about a year ago, but now the new clutch is starting to slip I want to get my twin plate sorted and back on. I'm hoping all I need is the metal plate to keep costs down, but could do with an expert to look at it. I'm geussing maybe API?

This is the clutch:
I can't remember if it's this plate I need:
or this one:
I need to find where I put it and take it to bits and see.
Another picture with a couple of numbers on:
Edit: Done some googling and it looks likt the part number for the clutch is FM012SDMC.
If I were to get a new mid plate or top pressure plate, where can I take it for balancing?
If they cost anywhere near this sort of money to sort, I think another normal clutch will be going on for now.
Edit: More googling, full kit part no is OH55, intermediate plate is IM11, driven plate is DP03 and pressure plate is PP19.
Thanks, I'll try and call later for prices if I find time. Got a feeling I wont be able to afford them at the min though.
