Default car dies when Gas?

I hope this was the right forum part

run into a problem I was wondering if anyone can help me with, they start with my Impreza -99 began to twitch, I have the switch on the gas, died when the car, restart the car the same thing happened.

we tow the car to a nearby garage, try to start the car and it works great, drove by around 2.5mil and would start the car days after the same symptoms.
it is wobbly at idle, but as soon as I throttle to about 3000rpm when the car dies.

have checked the fuel pressure on the lies as they should, it does not diminish when you Gas.
I have Simtek in the car so air mass meter is removed

anyone have tips on what to where?

Sincerely,

So basically the engine keeps cutting out, won't rev above 3000rpm and is rough on idle?

Possibly the exhaust Lambda probes? Have you had the ECU checked to see what readings it's getting from the sensors?

no they have not checked the ECU, do you can not read out error codes when you have Simtek

hmm idle is always worried, but they depend on the course that is Simtek, but as soon as I lathes over 3000rpm, it dies.

the strangest thing of all is that sometimes it goes really well no problems at all

Get an ECU specialist/tuner to plug into the SimTek and see what sort of readings it is getting from the engine & exhaust sensors. I sounds to me that it's receiving the wrong reading from something and cutting the engine out.
