What peek and held boost should I be getting?

I have a MY01 with turbo back de-cat and ITG filter.

you should be showing about 7psi in 1st, 10ish in 2nd, then circa 14psi (held) in all other gears.

And if your boost gauge is in bar or Mpa, 1 bar = 14.7psi.

It's a load/gearing issue.

The engine isn't under so much load in first/second as it is lower geared, and thus doesn't have to develop so much boost. You will see the highest peak boost accelerating uphill at around peak torque (4500 rpm ish) in fourth or fifth gear.
