Just looked at an STi IV, and the garage owner was ranting at how quick it was and claiming it was Quicker then a EVO 6 they had a while ago.
Couldn't spot anything obviouse i.e rear box looked standard STi, it had a K&N Cone and a nice set of Lamco gauges.
Tried to check out the downpipe, and was expecting it to be de-catted. It had no heatshield but what I initailly thought was the CAT didn't really look big enough. It looked more like a 'Cherry Bomb' type silencer.
Is this Standard STi or is it a de-catted downpipe with some sort of resonator ?????
The Scoobysport and Magnex ones I've seen are just bent bits of pipe.....
It was fairly quick, peaking at about 1.25BAR then dropping back to just over 1BAR. Not sure what an STi IV should pull, but it ort of sounds about right....

STi's run the same d/p's as euro cars OE. Sounds like a d/p with high flow 'sports' cat...but some people have a lump welded into the middle of their decat d/p so it *looks* like there's a cat, lol ![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
