Hi
I do need a new engine short block for my MY99 Turbo Euro Spec because of a broken conrod and crashed block.
The car is modified with a IHI VF23, APS-Intercooler and APS-High Flow Air Cleaner, Scoobysport DP and BB.
The mapping of the Unichip ECU was done by Boemanns Motorsport on the Nurbuergring with a max. boost of ~1,25 bar.(378NM/289PS).
My dealer and me had a look to the new engine short block of the STI VII but it will not fit.
Can anybody help me where to get a modified Short Engine with strengthen internals?
Will a new short engine of the WRX STI V5/V6 fit to a MY99 Turbo Euro Spec.
Grahamgoode is offering such a block?
Who knows something about the GGR short engine block "only for competition use" ?
Once upon a time a guy called "Adam" told me about a closed deck block - where to get this thing and will it fit?
Thank you all very much for your help...
Cheers
Frank :-)
