scooby crews unite post in general gave me a idea how about making it special loads of space get all crews in same area and invite a vip solburg would be good but probably impossible who knows unless u try PHIL you the man got any thing up your sleeve

Track Day Organiser
We did have the largest Impreza Stand this year
You will always get smaller clubs wanting their own stands you can't stop that
This year was bloody hard work getting all the food done for the 200 people
I am sure we will be doing something similar this year but perhaps [thinking out loud here because I have not discussed this with anybody] we should just have one big BBQ meal not try and do 3 meals a day
The SIDC Committee under Craigs guidance will start planning 2006 events very soon

oh another weekend of drinking stella @ 7am

Had an excellent time this year and the food was great but i imagine alot for people to organise, I think that a barby just in the evening would be cool, and a good way of getting everyone together for the evening festivities of.........DRINKING and acting the FOOL

the bbq thing i think should be broken down in to smaller groups but its all about how to get it done and keeping it easy
a top job this year but must have been hard work
it was the scooby crews unite that sparked the idea maybe just getting all the stands in the same area next to each other

thanks for the support people,some are not so keen but i think it would be a great idea,maybe santa pod,somewhere abit central so that its easy for all to get to.im ross by the way,also known as B.I.G SCOOB on here and started the SCOOBY CREWS UNITE thread,thanks again for the support.
