Essex Scoobys
Or are they just Ignorant Newbies
Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem???
As i use my Wagon on a regular basis, i come accross many scooby drivers who just totaly blank me, Is anyone else havin this problem......Only last week i was in the Tesco's garage in southchurch filling up and i pulled up behind a MY05 blue WRX and waited for the guys to come out and say hello!!
When he approached my Scooby, he just blank me and ignored my comment "hi mate very nice scooby" and just jumped in his car and drove off.
Is there a new craze of scooby drivers in essex????
I guess i waived, flash, toot, whatever....to approx 5 to 10 scooby drivers a week and get about 1 or maybes 2 acknowledgedments back....
I feel like not waiving to anyone anymore, as i feel totaly stupid when they just look through me as if to say" yeah what" *******

I have also noticed that just recently, around romford etc.. first of all I thought it was new age ignoring classics as I know that happens but it seems to be everyone.
Makes you look crazy when your waving to other scoobs and they just look through you

There is a certain mentality around the Hornchurchish area where this would ring true.

I don't wave at 'Classic' drivers, they are the lower class of scooby drivers .
No, I have given up waving to fellow scooby drivers, unless it is someone I know. Since owning a Scooby from 2000 the type of Scooby driver has changed, when I first got mine, everyone waved.
Subaru have obviously marketed the car well, and a wide cross section of people are now owners and don't even know of 'The Wave'.
As said above, I get more acknowledgement from Evo/Skyline drivers.
Nate.

They are meer lost souls that need teaching in the ways of the crew
To congregate on the Seafront even when its minus 50
To know where every Optimax station is within a 50 mile radius
To be able to wear pink and be Proud
To Understand that drivers of Porsche GT3RS's are just frustrated Scooby wannabes
Take them under your wing relieve them of £29.99 and soon they will be Scooby Masters able to wave with confidence
