I had some whiteline lowering springs on my 94 STI V1...they lowered all round ride height by 50mm and were an excellent ride.....
speak to Adam at scoobyclinic on 01246590807......he will sort you out with some sound advice or the springs...

Xtreme Scoobies fitted Tein S.Tech springs to mine
Lowered it by 30mm (progressive spring) and has completely transformed the handling of the car.
Will be at the halfweay House this Thursday if you want to have a look

We have done both eibachs & tein, though my personal preference is tein & they are also a few quid cheaper.
The reason being the car feels more planted on tein & springs feel more compliant & progressive.
Though the real reason, tein stickers are far nicer packed
