for the RC heads...
here guys, i know RC racing is the new black here lol
just wondered if any of you were interested in taking 2 older toys off my hands because i simply dont get the time or really have the inclination to use them anymore...
so
For sale
1/8 scale nitro kyosho landmax chassis complete with radio gear, ready to rock and roll ( litle engine tweaking needed, nothing one of the boys on here cant sort)
2 shells, 22b WRC shell, and peugeot 206 WRC shell....
im looking for an offer of around £250 for the lot or else itl be going on the e-bay i reckon
also
1/10 electric Yokomo dogfighter buggy, not the worlds edition, but has some carbon parts on it ( presently residing in my parents loft much to their annoyance!)
has modified electric motor ( but cant rememebr the number of turns off the top of my head) ESC and no radio gear, 2 sets of very old batteries.
£100 ono would secure that one...
you can come to my house to view the nitro car, electric one is more difficult to get to at short notice however!
PM me or reply to this thread if any of you are intereted
cheers
Tim

Does seem a little steep dude.
You can pick up a brand new Traxxas Jato (65mph+ Stadium truck) including all the radio gear and ready to run for about £270
Although I have to admit I'm not familiar with the Kyosho landmax so I'm not too sure what it is really worth.

Sell em both and buy a 3.3 REVO mate....
When you see where we run our cars you'll realise its the best possible thing you could buy and easily the most fun.

tim, depending on condition, i would keep the landmax if its in good nick.
these as on their way to becoming collectable so dont take les than £100 for it.
the trouble is, like fozz said, new models are silly money now, for what you get.
put the landy up in the loft and save for a REVO 3.3 mate.
you will not look back.

landmax is in great nick to be fair, thanks mate, il probly keep it if its becoming rare.. good advice.
ere, are you handy with setting up these things? need the idle setting up on it really, had it right once, then left it for ages and cant get it to run properly, would you mind having a looksie at a meet one day?

yeah no worries...
i tend to set cars up more for longer life, than full on speed, but do bring it down to a meet.
ps: only had one seized lump in 8 years and that was a fairly weak kyosho gx12!!! (my first nitro car)
