Is Forza actually going to better then Gran Turismo on the ps3 though? Always been a sony fan myself but this forza game looks quite tasty.

my opinion is that console racing doesn't get much better than this!!!!
the cars are infinately adjustable and tuneable, there is a MASSIVE selection of cars and tracks (including the ring!!!)

just a bit dissapointed with some of the online players. not having a dig here but the most impatient and rude seem to be from the states.
at the end of the day its a game but i can see someone having a heart attack soon they get so wound up.

i got a blue tooth headset configured, so you can participate in the banter.

got to bed at 4.00am this morning... - what a session!!!!!

could have gone on more... but the birds started tweeting and it wasgetting light again!!!! so i thought i'd get some Z's.

ok enough rambling. more driving!!!

But Gran Turismo is pretty tuneable and the handling (apart from the last one) has always been excellent. The online element seems fun though

There's never been a good reason to get an x-box. I loved metal gear solid, gran tursimo, silent hill and the colin macrae games so it was always going to be a playstation for me. No decent driving games until now for the x-box.

If I get an x-box do I need an hdtv?

i'm running it on a 24" LCD, using rgb inputs..., surround sound and Blue Tooth headset. although the more detail you can get the better.

RB5's HDTV setup is unbelievable!!!

about as close to VR as you can get!!!

Colin McRae's "Dirt" is supposed to be really good

GT is not a touch on Forza 2, especially if you're running 1080 res.

The added auction house, bidding and selling cars to the world is great and the online gaming is, as Dazza has found, amazing.


ANother game that is just awesome is Gears of War, I spend hours upon hours playing online team matches.

i need a copy of forza 2. play have it and colin mcRae's dirt for £49.99. just bought a few more cleaning products for the car though. will have to wait for next month. unless anyone wants their car detailed for £49.99

Colin mcrae dirt is very good, bought that and forza together, dirt just doesn't get a look in at the moment though.

I would say that forza is better game play than any previous gran turismo and i've had them all.

Got mine from tesco's, 37.97 each plus clubcard points

had a german guy on last night was just ramming people but at the time it was really funny and all you could hear was him and me laughing like 2 kids!!!

great fun...

time and a place for reckless driving though, people do get upset.

another great point is the ability to turn off collisions, but i do believe it misses something without the odd knock or 2

i will NEVER get bored with this game
