Its not bad but i dont think it should be called impreza:P imprezas since day one were 4 door saloons(except the type-r,22b etcbut you gotmy point) and the sti was a 4door saloon with a huge rear wing (distinctive) and a great engine and gearbox etc... this might have the engine and gearbox it should butits in no way an impreza sti...

I'm liking it the more I see it.
It's weird, some pics it looks naf, other angles it looks great.
I think I will reserve final judgment for when I see one in the flesh.....and maybe after a test drive!

JDM version is using a 2.0 block & twin scroll turbo????
Wonder if the UK version will have the 2.5 and turbo as in current STI 2007?
I really do not like the back, its hideous with those rear lights

Why same on the twinscroll?
Remember the car is designed for joe public. The response of twinscorll is massive over single UK cars. Gains are up to almost 1000rpm in spool time lower down. Thats a massive margin!!

Agreed, I like the general look, but those back lights would have to be changed.
I bet it won't be long until one of the bigger firms brings out a non-chav light cluster

Mate, got to disagree on your comments about the rear lights though.
Thing is, any car maker won't make everyone happy whatever they choose to do

The smoked lights definately improve the black back end. Like Frayz has said a few minor mods and it will be a stonker

Remember i said add a few mods to the 08 and it will look stunning. Heres a photoshop of what can be done with afew subtle changes.
This is the way forward for sure!!
Lowered, TA styled rims, small front splitter, red tinted rear lights, meshed front grill and a subtle rear diffuser.
