Default ESC Bike Squad

If there was anything to get me out of bed on Sunday morning, it was the thought of photographing these peeps on their push bikes lol

Yeah must admit the first time i ever rode with clipless pedals was at Thetford forest and i never tightened the cleats up tight enough which resulted in me getting stuck in them more than once, the air was blue with me getting the **** with keep on falling off sideways still attached to the bike lol

Just set the spring tention slack Ste they are easy as anything to get out of then. With the stiff sole on the cycling shoes it really does make a diffference

Always been a bit on the fence about full Carbon frames, especially if the rear hangers not replaceable, mines got Carbon Fibre rear stays and a scandium frame and theat suits my riding style just right

Of course mate....all are welcome.

I must warn you (as you're a seasoned veteren ) that the riding ability varies within the group so it's nothing extreme at the moment, mainly just bridal paths etc.

The extreme stuff will come a bit later!
